Our Mandate:

The concept behind the St. Luke's Outreach Group came out of a visioning workshop in the winter of 2008. Its mandate IS NOT fundraising. Instead, it operates completely on charitable donations turning them into various forms of community outreach. With lots of imagination and minimal resources, this group now offers outreach experiences nearly every month of the calendar year at no financial cost to its joyful participants. In addition, there is a much quieter, and thus a lesser known aspect to this group's "reaching out" which comes in the form of help to local individuals and families who find themselves in need of temporary, emergency assistance.

The Outreach Group collects items for the Mission to Seafarers Shoe-box Campaign annually.
